The hotel owner refused to give the room on the price booked.. he said to cancel the booking and pay higher amount in cash. There is no lift in the hotel and the staff is NOT AT ALL CONCERNED to show responsible behaviour.

This hotel failed to allow me to stay at the hotel as they are not connected to the government service to allow international guests to stay and could only accept domestic guests. Unfortunately their posting makes no mention of this and they have failed to refund my payment, currently that is the same for Expedia as well.
