Stayed at the Hyperion City Hotel for 2 weeks, a very good buffet breakfast, Bar & small food menu. Bed and pillows very comfortable, Shower gel & shampoo provided which is always topped up, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a hand steam iron. A small pool which is good for a dip and cooling off, small gym and spa area for various massage treatments. A 2 minute walk to the beach, a lovely walk along the seafront with numerous waterfront restaurants to the harbour and old town, which is about a 10 minute walk. Then you can walk upto the main town, loads of shopping available. Highly recommended and we will definitely be staying there again, as it quite and away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. All the staff are very attentive and friendly, and always willing to help. Parking available if you are renting a car.

Pros: the beach is across the road, small but cozy and with showers. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, even has its own small garage for seven parking spaces. But you need to book in advance. Breakfasts are generally beyond praise, freshly prepared, with hot dishes like scrambled eggs and meat snacks. Not to mention the pastries. Cons: some distance from the city center and the lack of grocery stores nearby.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was wonderful and we loved the breakfasts that were included. Great location, close to everything and although they have a parking lot, it was difficult to find but there were lots of options for free street parking anyway with a small car

Wonderful new hotel. Great staff. Located a bit further out of old town but walkable in 15 to 20 minutes. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great affordable hotel with a great pool.

We had the most amazing stay at this magnificent hotel last month. We traveled to Chania for a wedding and we were so thrilled with how our little holiday turned out.
