Brilliant Hotel. Amazing staff.

Beautiful hotel, in a central location. The staff make this hotel though. All of them were perfect, friendly and really went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. 10/10!

Excellent breakfast. Good air conditioning in the room was perfect for sleeping and a welcome break from the July heat. Pool is small and we didn't use it as it was always busy.

Samaria Hotel is very nice hotel to stay and within walking distance to most of tye shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and cozy. Unfortunately, some of the staff seemed unwilling to help when needed and my son was stopped from coming to our room upon his arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at the Samaria hotel. It was within easy walking distance of the old town and Harbour area. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful and the pool was a welcome respite after a day of tourist activities.

Excellent location within a few minutes walking distance to the Venetian Port. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is that they have parking available and are so close to the area that can primarily be accessed on foot. The breakfast had a lot of Cretan food so it was a good introduction before venturing out. The shared outdoor and indoor sitting areas are very welcoming. The staff, including the valets, the front desk and the restaurant area, were super helpful and friendly. Would happily stay there again if I find myself in Chania.
