Rooms were clean. Part of the hotel was under construction. You have to pay for breakfast no coffee. The back door sticks. So i had to walk around the building to get back in the hotel. GREAT location.

They were in construction phase. 1st room had no ac. Room we were switched to smelled like paint. Laundry room was not in operation. Will try them again sometime if I need access to Dulles Convention Center. Others said they had great rooms, so I was prolly just unlucky this time because I needed a double room and maybe the singles were upgraded already. Breakfast area was abysmal with painters tape and torn paper on windows, dirty tables. Food selection sparce. Option for no breakfast is a better move because there are lots of breakfast options within 1 block for far less cost. No lobby and one of the elevators shut down for construction and area in hallway for check in was off-putting. Room was reasonably clean, had ample space and wasn't all bad for the price and location. Plenty of restaurants and even a walmart within a city block made it convenient and kinda fun to explore the area. Just not a hotel where you would want to hang out. Curious to see how the remodel works out. Staff was cordial and making the best of things.

Fabulous staff

The room was clean but the hotel was under refurbishment, so there was dust in places. The staff were friendly and helped with everything and fabulous.
