The common areas are really cozy and cute however, the stairs entering the property are unleveled and uneven which is an accident waiting to happen. My husband and I stood in the Annie room which was very small. The bathroom did not have a door but it did have a curtain. The queen size bed caved in the middle which made it very uncomfortable and extremely hard to remain asleep. The Wifi was horrible. I was told by the desk attendant that they just installed a new system prior to our stay but apparently the new system did not prevent the Wifi from constantly crashing which made it very difficult to watch any shows on basic t.v and you could forget about watching the Hulu and Netflix because it didn't work at all. Other then that, the common areas and room was clean and the location to all was definitely a plus. Just make sure you get there early enough to find parking because it can be very difficult to find.

Beachside Boutique Can't Be Beat!

This was the first time my husband and I stayed at the Beachside Boutique, but it sure won't be our last! We received a friendly welcome when we checked in, and everything about our stay was perfect for a quick trip to our favorite beach.

Excellent Beach Getaway Locale

Our stay was amazing. Quaint boutique in an incredible location. Short walk to beach and all shop and restaurants on Center. Laura was fantastic. She was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The Prince suite that we stayed in was beside the kitchen so we heard every time someone came in and you can hear other people that are in the main house if they are loud!! Not blaming the place but the people that stayed in there with us that don’t care about being quiet for others!! But everything else was spot on and would probably stay there again! I would get one of there outside houses, but if you need a place to crash all rooms would work for you!! Overall I would 4-5 stars!
