Kind of a dingy area. Parking garage isn’t checked and entrance is broken but they still charge $15/day so that was annoying. Otherwise pretty clean although it was dusty and had a few spiders. Staff seem annoyed.

We were at an event at the Convention Center. Th hotel is right down the street so it was super convenient. The parking was good at the hotel and the service was professional and the room was quiet and clean. And the price was a bargain.

We arrived and found out after getting into our room that the air conditioner wasn't working and they said they were working on it only to find out that they had been working on it for last two - three weeks. When we checked out and asked for discount since the air conditioning was not working, we where informed that since we went through a third party that we would have to work with them, that being the case we didn't know who to contact at expedia and how to check on the bill making sure there were no additional charges that we didn't know about. Any help you can provide us would be appreciated Thank you William Floyd

Needs work

The building appears to be nearing a renovation. major HVAC issues. The room was extremely damp and never cooled off with thermostat down to 65 degrees. I wiped mold off the vent and ceiling. We couldnt move to anywhere else so we tolerated the stay. Carpet in hall was ripple and could be a tripping hazard. Not what I would expect from Marriott. Hope the improvements are made.

Air conditioner never cooled the room no matter how low we put the settings. No microwave in room. Room was clean and nice but the hotel itself is outdated. It wasn't worth the 161 dollars we paid for it.

We picked this place because it is close to the Colosseum we could walk To the event. As far as that goes the location is great! Super short walk. When I asked about parking I was told it was on a “honor system” because the gate /security arm had been ran through by someone’s car and not fixed. No tag to hang on the rear view a sticker,….nothing. And they charged me $15 to park in it when anyone could have parked there even if they weren’t a guest. The hotel is ran down. The furniture in the lobby and rooms were ripped and cushions were flat. The air conditioning was broken and got up to 76 degrees in our room. The sheet had a “wet” spot on it that was all the way down to the mattress cover. There’s 2 very small elevators that did not accommodate the capacity of the building. When we checked out the attendant acted like she was definitely on something. She was not friendly and could have literally cared less about what was going on. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Super disappointing for almost $200. No thanks!
