Room was very clean. We had to change rooms shortly after arriving, TV didn't work. Desk attendant was very helpful and was understanding about the move & moved us near our previous room. First desk attendant when we checked in & out was very personable. We had to go back after our cruise as my granddaughter forgot her slippers in the first room. That desk attendant was a bit snotty, ( different lady) she insisted, she didn't see that we stayed there. I asked her to check with housekeeping & sure enough housekeeping had her slippers. She did apologize.
