The hotel is beside a pretty rundown hotel l. When I realized I had booked beside that particular hotel I was not thrilled. With that being said I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness. 10-10 for value.

Dated but decent

The staff was helpful and friendly. The property is right next to the interstate but surprisingly we didn't hear much of that type of noise. It is a dated property, next to other hotels of the same caliber. The first 2 nights our a/c unit was squeaking which was a bit annoying trying to sleep. we let the front desk know and they said they would send someone to look the following day when the maintenance person was in, they said they didn't hear anything which was odd, but it still squeaked that night. On the 3rd day we finally were offered to move rooms, and it miraculously stopped squeaking. If the gesture of a move was given immediately, that would have been helpful, but having to wait several days for a resolution, that luckily happened on its own, was a little frustrating. I do appreciate the woman who was trying to help us, but again an immediate move would have been preferable. Pool inside was nice and cool. Walkable to both Waffle House and bojangles if the breakfast there isn't cutting it for ya. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but overall it was okay, just not amazing.

Great Hotel, staff, and price!

Very convenient location. Close to the interstate, eateries, and shopping. Great hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The young woman that checked me in was so sweet. I didnt get her name, but she recommended a book, and i downloaded it... starting it tomorrow. Room was very clean. Hotel smelled really good too. Comfortable bed.

I got a great sleep. The bed and bedding were very nice. Clean room, but some fixtures need updating like sink faucet and shower head. Breakfast was minimalistic/continental but with a few options.

I had only one working light in my room which was the stove. No towels or wash rags. Only one pillow. No clean sheets. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the front desk they were “CLOSED” and I got charged a $200 fee on my card when I was only supposed to be charged a $1 holding fee
