Clean, great people

The hotel is older but clean. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. The front desk people were very accommodating. The hotel is super convenient to the IOP connector and many restaurants and shops.

The pictures of this hotel are much nicer than the property actually is. Coffee was spilled in the breakfast area and it was 24 hours before anyone bothered to clean it up. Both washing machines were broken and unusable. Pool was supposed to be open until 10:00 each day, but at 9:30 one night a staff member came out and kicked everyone out, stating the pool closed at 9:00. Signs posted around the pool state 10:00 and this is what I was told at check-in. One day during our stay the pool was completely closed for some reason. Why bother offering amenities if the guests cannot use them? The bedding we received for our sofa bed smelled very bad and housekeeping for our room was inconsistent with cleaning. I would not stay here again.
