Convenient location, near shopping and restaurants. Bathroom could have used a deeper cleaning, room furniture could use update and repairs. Room was muggy, had a wet slight musty smell. Breakfast could have been better and had more options and waffle batter was soured. Otherwise, stay was okay.

This property is a complete rip off!!!!! Trying to over charge ppl debit card by saying a transaction was declined when the transaction actually went through. I showed them the transaction on my phone in my Navy Federal account and they still said it didn't go through. Well my money must've disappeared in my face from a ghost. I got two rooms and you mean to tell me each time it declined when I'm looking at the money coming off of my card for the rooms? This sounds like a scamming deal and I would never ever go back there if my life depended on it. I'll sleep in my car first. And my deposit better be back on my card. I'm from the area but moved out of town recently and came back for a family function. I stayed at this hotel 9yrs ago for 2mths while my house was being repaired and it was excellent. Now.... I'll go homeless first and that's sad. You don't try to get over on ppl behind their money they work hard for. I wouldn't recommend a dog staying there!!!! Bad bad bad business 👌. I was sick in the stomach running off in the restroom after eating the breakfast, the eggs was watery, the syrup tasted spoil. Only thing I liked was the apple juice and I had to mix that with water. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there unless you're desperate. And then ..they didn't want to give me a receipt after checking in. Like what? Told me to come back in the morning. They got two room deposits and two rooms payment and tried to take another room payment. I told them um..NO

The jets on the jetted tub were weak, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. But the Staff was friendly, it was in a great location by hwys, breakfast every morning was fine but clean dining room. The price was a little higher than I’d expect to pay in the future.

I wish I could share photos with you. But the room smelled of mold. I pulled the screen off the A/C return and the filter was completely clogged with dust. There was as I suspected what looked like black mold inside the ductwork. Shame on this place. The staff was friendly though and very professional. It is not their fault the conditions were like this but the management.

Nasty experience

The hotel Front desk guy was so nice and respective, but others are just not care about your stay apart from your money. Firstly the room had some bottle caps under the chair from previous stay. Secondly the phone in the room not working , i walked up to the night from desk but this Indian guy just ask for the room number and said okay, it was not fixed all through my stay. Thirdly the AC did not work. Finally the Refrigerator in the room was just for decoration, all my ice cream got defrosted and wasted. despite putting in the freezer part.

The location of this property is lovely. It is close to so many things. The staff is exceptional. Very helpful and very friendly. Im not a huge breakfast person, but they offer some really nice options. I felt safe at this property. N. Charleston itself has a homeless problem, but that is no reflection on the hotel. They are located less than a 2 blocks from a Wal-Mart, a Target and a full-fledged mall. So many dining options within a mile or 2 radius. Really great location. I was very comfortable there.

My stay was great the hotel and staff was excellent condition was great having a very clean appearance drinks and snacks were available at any time only thing I observed that could have been an inconvenience was the i e machine on the ground floor was out of order but my room was on the 3rd floor and there was another ice machine on that floor so no problem for mei would definitely stay there again and probably will soon
