The hotel was average across the board. Only one major complaint - The pillows in our room were down and giving me a lot of sinus troible. I asked three separate times if there were alternative pillows available and was told yes but were never given any. I ahve never been to a Hilton brand hotel where somethign like this has occured.

The front desk personnel was not friendly at all. I wish I saw the email prior to checking in, that there is an option to check in on your phone. Iron in our room didnt work. Rooms were clean, convenient hotel location. Beach is about 20 minutes, shopping plaza near by, great options for food. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant $15
