You get less than what you pay for! The pictures posted to the listing are not at all what is actually provided. Got a King Non-smoking, but walked in and reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed was clean with new, clean sheets- but only 3 pillows and the mattress is VERY thin making it hard to sleep on. The curtains were tattered, limiting our privacy. There were holes in the walls. There was mold in our bathroom. The bathroom door looked as if someone had tried to rip it off the hinges. The TV in the room was poorly mounted to the wall and hanging on for dear life. The wall outlets by the bed did not work. The drawers were not cleaned out from the previous tenant- found an old pair of socks and plastic hanger from a new pack of socks. I've got pictures which have been provided to management. We were only staying one night, with a super late check in time. With spending less then 8 hours in my room before checking out, I'm very disappointed for the price I paid. Not to mention, the "continental breakfast" that was advertised was unwrapped chocolate chip muffins, dry slices of bread, and water.

Bed bugs!!!!!!

The hotel was filthy on the outside. grossest experience I have ever encountered in all my years of hotel stays. These pictures make me nauseous. The bed was infested with these huge bed bugs. The entire room looked like the roof had caved in and was falling apart. Needless to say we never let anything but our feet touch the floor!!! Hotels customer Service, however was on point once we contacted and sent pictures they refunded my money and we were able to get another hotel room.

The lock was coming unscrewed from the door. I had a screwdriver and fixed my door. The room had a smell. People running up and down noisy at night. I did not feel safe!!The refrigerator in my room worked great. The morning coffee was good

Not safe

I didn’t stay it’s not safe there. I checked in and go to the room to see ppl standing out there doing drugs and drinking like that’s the hang out spot. Police was called and they said nothing they could do unless they was fighting. I wasn’t the only one that checked right out there was three other ppl that checked out first.

Scary place, ghetto is what they call it. Didn’t sleep all night due to people outside. Many people outside, smoking and hanging out. Worse experience ever. I arrive late night in town and pick this place without reading the reviews. It is not safe there.

Hard to understand the receptionist checking us in, struggled with the keys and swiped them a few times. Went up the very wore out outside steps to the second floor. Had to step over bags of trash and when we got to our door the keys did not work. Turned around went back down the wore out stairs (two steps were rusted through that you could see through them) walked past about 6 guys 20-40 something in age just watching us (felt very unsafe, and poor lighting) went into the receptionist who was different this time and said I wanted a refund! There is trash everywhere, we feel unsafe, and we can't get into our room. They said they would have maintenance look at it. I said that was fine but we were leaving to find another hotel. They said there would be a cancelation charge. I said there better not be you didn't even offer us a room we could get into!

Tha room was dirty(dried food on the floor, rusty,dirty safe.holes in the walls all over the place. The tv had no legs and was sitting on the dresser leaning against the wall. I didn't stay and am still waiting on my refund.

We drove 3.5 hours to this establishment to only find out our reservation had been CANCELLED without our knowledge. We were able to get another room but the older lady behind the desk was SO RUDE in helping fix the issue. Then she tells me that she’ll give me the same rate I booked previously online for—how about I was charged $20 MORE! The breakfast was awful. The loitering homeless and drug addocts outside the hotel all hours of the night made us very uncomfortable. I would t recommend this place to anyone!
