Great amenities! The renovated floors are spacious and comfortable! The no renovated floors are not desirable; however all floors will be renovated this year! It absolutely a great place to stay! Lots is shopping and amazing restaurants! Will stay again without hesitation!

This hotel is currently going through renovations and by that I mean heavy construction. Jack hammers going off throughout the day. Construction goes from 8am to 6pm. The hotel should be closed for business until reconstruction is done. Charging customers for a room in the middle of a construction zone is a disgrace. When we said something to the front desk there answer was a package of ear plugs. (Not making that up.)

The hotel never answered the phone. Made several attempts. Didn’t send shuttle to pick us up. Front desk couldn’t make key card machine work, so she walked us to the room and opened the door and left us without a key. Woke up to jackhammers in the room above doiyremoel.

Thee hotel was fine but the shuttle service didn’t run after 8 pm so we had to take a taxi to the hotel and the bar was closed so we couldn’t get a drink when we arrived there which was around 9:30 pm. 2 reasons we stayed there was for the free shuttle to and from the airport and for the bar at the hotel so that was a bit disappointing

The hotel is undergoing much needed renovations. Construction hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. when we were out of the hotel anyway. The floor we were on had already been renovated so the construction did not affect us at all. Breakfast was amazing as usual, but the managers reception was not as impressive.

We stayed at this hotel in early October 2024 and it was under a construction. They were remodeling many parts of the place and there was a lot of construction noise, which we were not told about. We were woken up early by the noise. They should close the hotel until they're finished with the remodel.

We were told the shuttle runs every 30 min. We waited and waited....no shuttle. Had to pay for an Uber. The free airport shuttle was the main reason we booked there. The water to the entire hotel was turned off for 9 hours. Couldn't flush toilets nor wash hands.
