Concert stay.

Isn't the hotel it once was. The attention to detail on the room lacked ..i.e. unremoved party favors, leaking refrigerator, and dingy bed linens. Hot items on the breakfast bar were cold and hard. Young staff....who must be new to the hospitality business. So much has changed since the COVID pandemic.....top notch service will never return. :( The concert was fantastic!

The breakfast was not on Embassy Suites standards. Eggs didn’t taste good, French toast hard and cold, potatoes were also cold. Fruit selection sad, and poppyseed bread dry. Overall, very disappointed 😔

Upon arrival, there were no rooms ready and there is and there is no hot water even after getting my room at nearly 7:00 PM. It is now 9:00 PM and there are still no hot water.

Beautiful, clean and convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Only real issue was lack of hot water. Taking a shower water was warm, but not hot. You freeze while showering. They don't own the parking lot, so be ready to pay $10 a day..

No hot Water

Hotel breakfast was good and located near outlets & our event. However we had NO hot water! Kids were miserable, I was miserable. Called front desk multiple times, maintenance never came up. I had to physical go down there and beg for someone to come look. Maintenance did come in run the water for 2 seconds, said he would “talk to his boss about turning the heat up” and that never happened. Stayed there 3 nights and it was terrible!

Staff was excellent, so kind and friendly. Property undergoing renovations/construction so some noise/appearance related with that but was not at hours that it would disturb your stay. Shared parking lot with concert venue I was there for so that was great. Plenty to do close by. Amazing complimentary breakfast and evening drink, be sure to tip the staff… they deserve it! Hope to take another trip here again!
