Overall, very nice, clean hotel. The room was very hot and even after turning the thermostat all the way down, it didn’t seem to turn the heat off. Also, there was a large amount of people checking in and the parking lot in front of the hotel was an absolute madhouse. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Embassy Suite was in a perfect location. The room was huge. The staff was very efficient and kind. I enjoyed my stay. Wish they had a bigger parking lot. Not too many spaces out front so you have to park in a lot behind the building. The first few days were free then we had to pay a fee to park there. Nice stay overall.

Pretty Dirty and Reservations Mean Nothing

I reserved a room with a king bed, when I got there they gave me a 2 queen bed room, when I asked for a king room they said none were available. The room had lots of stains on carpet, furniture and bedding. The coffee maker was full of dust and a dead bug. Overall it was pretty disappointing and I would not stay again.

Overall it was a nice stay. The cleaninless wasn’t up to par. We had to ask for the WiFi 3 different times and were given 3 different answers, which none worked. The front staff didn’t make eye contact, smile or even remotely say hi. They were there for a transaction and that’s exactly what it felt like. The pool was yellow and cloudy. Disappointed by the experience but we did enjoy the 2 complimentary drinks.

There was no soap in our room, and no shampoo or conditioner. When I asked at the desk, they said soap was on back order and provided one bar. They said they would bring up shamboo and conditioner, but after a full 24 hours we still had none. It snowed and the drive, walks, and garage walkway to the building became dangerously slippy. But they made no effort to remove the snow & ice or to salt. All the walks across the street were well maintained, but not those around the hotel.

Every was nice, the breakfast was very good with omelets made to order. The only issue was so much snow in the parking lot made it difficult to walk. Other businesses in thr area were Balt to shovel and plow.

The seats in the room were all stained ,the bathroom smelled dirty the bedding’s were stained too . sink was blocked.At 11pm maintenance nocked on the door like police asking if we had called which we had not. Receptionist casually enjoying a lollipops as he checked us in he could not even clearly explain where the parking was which is around the backside of the hotel .overall a bad experience despite being an embassy suits it’s a shame.
