I never got to stay, I booked early with my daughter cheer team was confirmed I had a room upon arriving I was ask to walk blocks away to another place of stay because my room was given away… not good business and I’m not at all pleased with this type of treatment

We love staying at The Embassy Suites hotels. We love the Fresh and Hot breakfast. I do wish hotels would go back to straightening the room and making the bed. I like to be lazy when I stay way from home. Unfortunately the "happy hour" wasn't as good as some of the other Embassy Suites we have stayed in. The one bartender was rude and "snippy" both times we went up for a drink. Other than that, it was a nice stay.. I still will recommend this hotel chain over any other.
