Rude Staff Members
Check in was very good but the room was outdated and need some minor repairs. The largest complaint was interaction with a staff member during breakfast service. My wife was preparing a waffle. Another guest must have left a used "waffle mix cup" on the counter. The staff member very gruffly told my wife that those used cupps go in the trash; please put it in the trash. My wife responded that it was not her cup that someone must have left it there. The staff member said, "I realize that but..." and then repeated her previous comments. My wife then said, "I'm just preparing my waffle and I only have this one cup in my hand." The staff member then repeated the same comments and walked off. A few seconds later, the staff member returned to get something from beside the waffle maker and ver loudly and aggressively said, "excuse me, I said EXCUSE ME!" The drew the attention of other guests that were in the dinning area. We did report the incident to the front desk as we were leaving for the day, but the mannerism and attitude of front desk did not give us the impression that this would be dealt with.

Bugs everywhere in my room, blood on the blanket, clogged plumbing and unhelpful staff. I had to purchase drano myself to resolve the issue since the staff could not help me. Cops were also there almost every night. I would not recommend.

The listing showed that there was cribs for babies, and You have the fan thing to shut the light off there was not proper accommodations when i arrived. my toddler was injured because of that because he was able to get up and out of bed . police and ambulance were there continuously.

None of the TVs was working , when someone uses the bathroom it sounds like the water is coming through the wall. The door to the room was hard to close we had to prop a chair in front to make sure it was closed . Front desk was notified

Likes: Hotel was nice; breakfast was awesome (the usual hotel fare, plus egg and Swiss cheese sandwiches in English Muffins, bacon, sausage, and hard boiled eggs); was offered my choice of floors. Dislikes: unfortunately, the floor we selected was the ground floor, about one room away from the cleaning room supplies and apparently the hang out room for the staff. Had to put ear plugs in at 5:55 am. Ice machines didn’t work on the 1st and 2nd floors, and on the 3rd floor I had to scoop out the ice as it wouldn’t dispense.

Ohhh my, where do i start! This place is in the Ghetto, entire neighborhood has chain linked fences with barb wire and cages on windows. Pool was nasty and green with trash all over the pool area, should be condemned. 2 towels for 4 family members for 2 nights, never had any clean ones according to the “desk attendant,” she sat outside smoking all the time. Water jug in lobby had old rotten oranges in it with no water. It was miserable.

The clerk did not know that I was staying at the hotel and told me to go check the other North Charleston locations but the kind of person I am I was not going anywhere when the incompetent clerk finally finds my name screams hang up I found it yes you are here and did not even apologize for the error!!!!
