Great location for traveling into historic Charleston. Also near Boone Hill Plantation. It was a good place to stay for us first time visitors to Charleston.
Went on a historic carriage ride and this are the horse’s hooves.

My daughter and I enjoyed a girls trip to Charleston. Hotel was very clean, always felt safe, staff was pleasant and always very helpful. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival property had no water. After being told it was being fixed and getting our room we were put on the wing with a whole baseball tournament 10-12 boys. Got our room moved, water was back on but no warm water till the next afternoon. Next morning water luke warm, that then turned cold again. Boiler part took time to arrive then something happened to it in 12 hours. Our room was a lockout unit, guest was sick next door and vomited every a.m. at 4-5. So long story but our money wasn't well spent, for a relaxing vacation. We were offered their sister hotel farther away and they wouldn't honor our price.

Breakfast was very good! Staff was very friendly. The toilet had problems turning off and the refrigerator was barely cold and the freezer section didn’t work at all. Otherwise the room was clean and very accessible.

Nice & helpful staff overall. Room & facility was quiet & complimentary breakfast was good, but sometimes didn’t have adequate seating. One surprising & somewhat disappointing thing was there were no safes in the rooms. First hotel I stayed at in years without one. Also, on our last day, we asked for room to be cleaned at front desk & also in person to housekeeper. It never got done that particular day. Overall good experience other than these minor details.

I like the room and the bed , it is very comfortable. However , there should be a shower gel , and the toilet is very slow to flush. Overall our stay is good and I have a very good sleep .
