it was a great clean room. staff was nice and friendly and the room was great for dog. there is a bunch of stray cats the hotel is not to blame them

Decent experience

Presented at almost 2am to check in after a long day, and there was nobody present at the front desk. The employee looked our way down the hallway and walked out of the room with a mop. We waited over 10 minutes for them to return to check us in.
