Don’t waste your money
First room we got had a very strong weed smell. The rooms are old and need an upgrade. The bathroom was dirty and both the shower and sink were clogged. There was an awful noise each night in the room. Our first night we called for towels 2x and never got them. We had to physically go downstairs the next morning to get towels.

Harborside is obviously the older part of the property. If you look too closely, you’ll see how worn things are. There was mold in the caulk in the bathroom and the air conditioner was extremely loud. There is no Smart TV so be prepared to watch satellite tv with fuzzy reception. Food options onsite are limited and of dubious quality. Even though the website said there was room service, this was not true. Loud music blared out into the property starting at 9am, so I hope you live 80s greatest hits. The pool at Hatborside was closed for three days. The amenities available next door at the other part of the property were wonderful. Great pool and spa option.

Bathrooms could use a bit of an update. There was a nice whirlpool tub but the jets didn’t work. The shower lever was very difficult, if not almost impossible, to make work. And the sliding door was difficult to open and close.

The staff was fantastic!! The views from my room was lovely!! Small things like the ice machines not working on some floors was a bit of a pain. Food choices limited. Had problems with delivery. I noticed some balloons were left in my room so that means they don't fully check the rooms after guests leave. But overall I loved the property and will definitely stay there again and tell others to.

Staff was excellent to deal with and the transportation options made it very easy to get ro downtown Charleston each day of our stay. Rooms show signs of being a little dated but was clean and as advertised in all other regards.
