The beds were absolutely horrible. I was told I’m the first to complain about them. Mattress seemed cheap and so hard. When sitting down in less than 10 minutes it was a bit hard definitely when laying down. I called the front desk about 2:45 it took more than several calls to reach the front desk. I was told there’s nothing to do because all beds were the same. I asked for cotts, was told no room for them, but was brought one, it was absolutely horrible! Then for breakfast we purchased online when booking, and then I just noticed an extra charge on my card, for breakfast that was already purchased. This place may be nice on the eyes, but not accommodating and out right not a great stay, avoid if possible.!! I sure will. Marked in Hotels. Com as Never Again!

Stayed there two nights. My room still had food containers and open drinks in it when I arrived so I cleaned up and put trash in hall. Did not complain as I figured that was how they thought a room should look for a new guest. After arriving home I found that I was billed for my room and a seperate bill for the TV which I had never used! If fact I told Kevin at the desk that the TV did not work while I was still there. Took several calls before someone finally called me back to talk about the TV.
