Great location, clean and friendly

Staff were all very friendly and happy. They were very accommodating and helpful. The little bar was great and the breakfast was overall great with many choices! Can walk to the convention center or coliseum within 5-10 minutes.

Average hotel that is showing its age. The rooms were weirdly laid out with a small bathroom. The staff is very helpful and the location is very good , next to Convention center and airport.

The hotel is in serious need of a deep cleaning or renovation. The carpets were stained and emitted a strong, unpleasant odor of old carpet and pets, which lingered so heavily that I had to air out all my luggage for several days after returning home. The bathroom was extremely cramped—the toilet and shower were squeezed into a tiny space, and the door would hit the toilet when closing. The room's sofa was worn, with stained cushions, and the refrigerator barely keep anything cold. Additionally, the sink and vanity were awkwardly placed directly in front of the beds, making it impossible to use them without disturbing anyone sleeping.

Our stay was perfect for a weekend of tournament play in Mt. Pleasant. The kids were able to cool down and unwind at the pool. The room was spacious and it was easy to relax. Having an ice machine was helpful for filling coolers for the next day. The staff was extremely friendly and made conversation with our boys - they were excited to learn more about lacrosse. The breakfast was wonderful with a good variety of options for picky eaters.
