I was made to pay a 250.00 deposit due to my home address being within 50 miles of the hotel. There was no indication of this on the page when I booked. Nor was I shown said policy by the front desk clerk. I am waiting on a refund I was told I’d get after my stay. I’ll give it a few days before following up. Due to this unlisted policy, I will not be recommending this hotel nor will I return.

Staff was awesome and they were the best part, hotel was very clean and modern. One elevator wasn’t functioning and it was slow to use when busy, but really not that big of a deal. Location is near the airport and there is a bit of jet noise at times, but the airport is small and they don’t really do 24x7 flights so it isn’t that bad. Easy access to the freeway and everything around Charleston.
