Friendly staff, great breakfast, tv and WiFi worked great, plenty of hot water for shower, and very comfortable beds. BUT, the cleaning crew seems to think cleaning the tub/shower, putting in clean towels, and changing the bedding is all there is to cleaning the room. Sugar spilled on the desk. Dirt on the floor. Significant layer of dust on the shelf under the sink (which they have seen if they had put the hair dryer back in its bag. And the drain in the tiling didn’t work so hard to bathe a little one—or me! All that being said, the really important things were excellent; and the cleanliness is an easy fix. This is our third time staying here and the first we’ve encountered any issues at all. So would definitely stay here again

Small issues but great bed and staff!

Bed and room size are excellent. There was some mildew around the tub wall grout. The bathroom is pretty dark. Especially if you’re in the shower with the shower curtain pulled. The ac made a lot of noise when the fan was on high. Overall, it’s not bad, just several minor issues.

Dont waste your money

we were very disappointed with our stay. to start it off we had to change rooms due to the TV not working in the first one. then when we got settled in the blow dryer started smoking and stopped working. stains all over the ceiling & walls. the bed spread had black stains in it as well as one of the pillows. the breakfast eggs were COLD, and sausage was burnt. no cranberry juice, out of biscuits. I asked if they could put more out and she replied they didn't have anymore till the truck came. the waffle maker did not work to top everything off.

This hotel wasn’t bad but it was great. It was average. There was a slight smell in the hallway. The rooms were clean but old and run down. The breakfast had good options but by 8:30 some of the options were no longer available. Needs a renovation

Sketchy parking lot.

Parking lot full of contract workers and transients. I was so stressed about leaving my car out there as I am on crutches and had a carload of belongings I didn’t need to unload so I left at 0200 just to be safe. The desk clerk was the only bright spot and very welcoming.

I was on 5th floor. Air quality was very good. AC worked great. Nice and roomy king bed room. Do not let door close on its own it will be loud. Overall good experience. I would definitely stay there again.
