We arrived at the property at approximately 6pm and were told our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait for a room. We waited about 20 minutes until our room was ready. Resort is nice. It’s clean they are doing work in the property, but the resort was clean and our room was nice. We will stay again.

They would not let us check in before 4.So at 4, we got back in line and waited in line for 30 minutes will everyone in front of us checked in only for them to tell us our room was still not ready, we had to wait longer.

I understand your remodeling, but you could still have people cleaning elevators doors especially gross. Dust I understand some but 100 percent don’t want to touch anything that’s how bad. Also no tea bags but hot water, my husband is diabetic and only sweet sugars and no peanut butter or nuts he usually will eat oatmeal but nothing to go with it. Even the small hotels we have stayed in have better delegation than a large casino. Quit being so cheap. Not sure if we will stay there again. Just sad.

Hotel is fully remodeled and rooms are newly furnished. Breakfast is very sparse but ok if all you eat is a bagel or toast. A very nice place to stay and fun to visit the casino.
