We didn't realize we had a handicap room, but being in our 70's, we appreciated the extra grab bars, etc. Sometimes those tub/showers are slippery for us.

A little hard to find your way into, but a good facility once you get there. It is walkable to downtown South Charleston which has good restaurants, bars, and other shops.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but adequate. Everything was clean and breakfast offerings were good. (If you don't like what they have you can walk across the street to Hardee's for a yummy biscuit!) The location was good for the event we were attending.

Hotel was lovely and the staff was nice. We ended up going out for breakfast since the complimentary breakfast wasn’t what we hoped for and the coffee was not good. Overall, it was a nice visit though and the bed was extremely comfy and the noise level very low😃
