We arrives to a stain on the sheets. They gave us another bed spread at the front desk. They also had a stain on a sheet. If you looked past the sheet cleanliness they were like sandpaper. Must have been a very low thread count. The breakfast the next morning was very generic and unappetizing. This had been our second stay and is now our last.

Our room was not clean,same with bathroom, sketchy internet, the worst smelling pillows & pillowcases. Bedding worn out and smelled. Breakfast in morning had NO coffee of any kind. We were not even late for breakfast. Slim pickings for eating. We had to drive a ways down the highway for coffee and something better to eat and that’s pathetic.

Room was clean and the hotel was quiet with the exception of staff rolling a cart down the hallway in the early morning hours. The hotel was also close to some tasty and unique dining options. Staff was efficient and got the job done.

Never again!

Last minute trip due to illness in the family and didn’t arrive until 1am because we had a 7 hour drive. Upon arrival there were 3 people in the parking lot screaming at each other! Not a very good neighborhood! Then wanted to take a quick shower before bed. The bath tub had not been cleaned and had hair in it and was dirty! Had to clean it myself. The ac was off so it was hot in the room and when we turned it on it was making really loud sounds. The room smelled like mildew and stale air and was not pleasant. Needless to say we were too tired to complain to staff after the drive and just went to bed. My Mom is dying and will be returning to the area soon but will most definitely not be staying here again!

Friendly staff and helpful when checking in. Some staff seemed to smoke right outside the front door so that was a bit inconvenient. But overall, a good place and we will stay there again.

This is not I ur first time staying at this property and the last 2 stays have had issues. Staff sits directly in front of the entrance smoking cigarettes s even though the property is smoke free the lobby is still smoked out mixed with air freshener that does nothing to hide the odor. In our room the the air once turned on emitted a very stale smoke/stale odor that filled the room. There was another guest on the floor who not only played loud music but also kept the door ajar with the safety bolt allowing the noise to infiltrate the floor.
