The check-in was good. He was very friendly and when asked , gave good information about restaurant's in the area. I didn't like finding out there was a $100 deposit on my room that I may not get back for up to a week. I also didn't like the young man at check-out. It's treatment like this that is enough to cause people to not come back. I'll be coming this way on business in the future. And will look elsewhere, a place that appreciates my patronage. It does not matter how I made the reservation, just that I'm there to experience what you have to offer.

I was asked to leave because I used a laundry cart to move rooms. They had me move to three different g rooms of which each one was either occupied or dirty. After packing my belongings and dogs up from the room i was already unpacked and comfortable in and ebbing sent to 3 rooms I wasn’t able to stay in for reasons above and charged 40 more dollars above what I paid through expredia I was sent back to and told to stay in the room I was in when the room switch fiasco started. I used the laundry cart because the luggage cart was no where to be found on the property. I did leave the laundry cart in my room overnight and the owner found out and ask me to leave. I had paid for a three day stay and they cancelled the booking and kept my 100 dollar deposit. They screwed me once again. The night shift ladie charged my card for multiple pet fees she said I should have paid over the last two months and overdrafted my account. She was rude and useless. The day shift black lady was rude and did not know what she was doing. Awful place to stay. My room was never cleaned and amenities were never brought to room.

Select staff are incompetent fools. Charged my card without my knowledge. Canceled my Expedia booking and expected me to rebook through them. My room didn’t get cleaned one time! Getting towels and toilet paper was an act of congress and certain staff were rude and ignorant to their job!

There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room which was inconvenient. But the staff was friendly and welcoming. And the coffee bar was actually very good.

It was very quiet even though it was a sold out weekend, there was a incident early in morning, where toliet overflowed & they accommodated our family very professionally & quickly got us to another room. Rooms were clean & neat. Pool is out of order at this time of hour looking for a hotel with pool, other than that we had a nice comfortable stay.

When you wake up with a bed bug on you i almost had a nervous break down then when you investigate the room alittle bit and find garbage under the bed against the eall and it looks like nobody's cleaned in months its horrifying tell the staff abd stillto this day not one person had even once tried to contact me stay away from here with a 500 foot pole

One employee was very rude and seemed to have a vendetta agains tme. She was pissed some of the otter employees cut me a break or just forgot to charge me for my second dog. The employee went back and counted everyday I had stayed there in October and November and charged me $15 dollars a day without my knowledge or permission. She overdrew my account and is rude every time I have to deal with her. She olhas woke me up by knocking on my door or ringing the room phone at 11:30 pm or later. I also booked a room through Expedia and it supposedly wasn’t available so I was made ti pay the hotel 20 doooats more per night. This was to move me from my current room to another. After packing all my stuff and being sent to three different rooms over a 3 hour period of tat was either occupied and/pr dirty I was told to stay in the room I just packed up and moved out of. I can’t get towels or toilet paper of new bed linens without notifying President Elect Trump and having hon personally come and deliver them to my room. My room hasn’t been cleaned one time since I’ve been staying here which is off and on for over 3 months. So I rate the stay 3 out of 10! I feel like i deserve several free nights stay but that has yet to be offered to me. This will be my last stay here if im not offered some kind of compensation for ye disaster it has been staying at the red rooof inn located in Dunbar , WV.
