Loved the room setup, felt as if I could entertain without only beds to sit on. Plenty of space for clothes and travel items. Wish I would have had a extra blanket, but didn’t ask at front desk either.

The front desk was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping might as well skipped our room. They gave us towels, but did not replenish our coffee, make our bed or give us clean glasses. The bathtub did not drain and was dirty.

Great Staff!!!

Upon arrival we were greeted with warm smiles. The front desk staff was super friendly. Asking about our day as we walked through the lobby. Always asking if they could do anything for us. Everyone, was kind and professional. It felt like coming home after a day out. This was the best customer service and most welcoming staff of any hotel I've ever experienced. The accommodations were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and will absolutely stay here again if I return to Charlotte.
