The facilities is beautiful. The outside facility is kept up very nicely with many things broken in the two rooms we we stayed in the patio door the sink drain the light in the bathroom. This is unfortunate the front desk, staff or teenagers who consistently looked at their phones and had no information upon request. They didn't know if you had room service. They didn't know any hotels or restaurants around the property poor staffing, and interior upkeep.

This is my favorite hotel because of the aesthetic. It’s beautiful decorated year round. I really love the cool blue walls and coral accents. The poinsettias in the lobby are lush and really give you the feeling of the holidays.

They have false advertising on the rooms, on the website, even rooms that say “ disabilty “ the description says, full size tub and separate glass shower! We get there and shower is a crappy shower with curtain for wheelchair access. Not what was pictured or described on website, then told me they can move me ro another room but only for 2 nights not 3, bc they are booked.. even the room I was first in! Lies. And there was no communication between staff shifts! I had to fight to get a refund! They should be sued for false advertising!

Beautiful deluxe resort similar to a Disney moderate/vacation club resorts. Nice pool/hot tub area. The shuttle downtown was free and convenient with a stop/pickup next to the Charleston City Market. The restaurant (Fish house) was good for both breakfast and dinner. The spa was relaxing, enjoyed the couples massage. Lyft and DoorDash were easy to use. Convenient to USS Yorktown and water taxi ($). We also enjoyed the haunted horse carriage, All sites city bus tour, and the harbor boat tour.
