Our stay was great, staff was super friendly and accommodating. The air freshener in the lobby area was very pungent and overpowering. TV could have had a bit more selection but other than those 2 items our stay was great and will stay again in the future.

Quick trip for daughters return to CofC
Quick overnight stay to bring my daughter back to CofC. Staff was amazing for a late check in, hotel was super clean and smelled amazing upon entry. My mom drinks tea at night and needed to heat up water and staff quickly accommodated by bringing up a microwave! So nice and friendly. Will definitely return.

Heater sounded like a reving go-cart. Wind entered room under main door blowing cold air about 8 feet into room. Sliding glass to balcony would not lock Room was not swept or vacuumed even after we asked. Toilet stopped up on day 2 and was never really cleared. Front desk did not seem to care...

This was our 1st time staying. When we arrived to the room there was 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels. No Bath towels for showers? No blow dryer, No Microwave , No working phone, No chairs for balcony. We paid $250.00 a night plus fees. I’m almost 63 years old and have NEVER stayed at a place without the necessities? For the price that We paid .. I had no idea that I had to bring my own towels and blow dryer… I had been so excited to stay at your property “ The Tides” but was so disappointed to the point that We only stayed 1 night. Had scheduled 2 nights but was so disappointed.

We loved that we could walk to anywhere for shopping and restaurants or the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A little inconvenient there was only one elevator working. And the prices in the hotel store were very expensive.
