Plus side, great staff, good location, adequate room. Some minor issues with furniture (mattress is hard, and does not fit in the box like frame, so keeps sliding and you tend to hit your shin on the frame when trying to get on the mattress) noise from A/C is far too loud, no variation in breakfast offering all 5 days we were there. Good, but not Excellent.

The First room they checked us into had not been cleaned at all from the previous guest. Bed was unmade, sheets and towels on the floor, trash cans overflowing. Then had no choice but to move to a downgraded room with no compensation or effort to resolve the issue.

At check in I was told we would have pillows sent to the room. Upon arriving back to the hotel for the night the pillows were not delivered to the room. I called the front desk I was told there was not one extra pillow in the entire hotel & could not have a pillow. Towels were stained and dirty. Ac until leaked all over the floor and ruined luggage and was told that I would receive a phone call about what can be done to compensate for this issue but have not received the call or email from the hotel.

Very handy being right across the street from the coliseum- great location. But I was disappointed that no rooms were ready upon check in at 4:30. And was never offered our bottle of water.
