Service wasnt good. Had to keep calling for towels and wash clothes. They only had 1 wash cloth in the room when ai checked in. Asked for more. Didnt get them until the next day. They didnt clean the room or pick up the dirty towels. Ran out of toilet tissue. There were no tissues in the tissue box.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Comfy beds (except for the corner rails at the foot of the beds; we banged our legs on those corners multiple times; bad design). Only other nitpick was that the showers floor was VERY slippery. All in all, a pleasant stay. Thanks.

The hotel was super clean. I am very picky and i really have no complaints about anything in regard to cleanliness. The breakfast was good, pancakes, eggs, grits, bagels ect. Coffee offered all day. I did ask the front desk for an extra pillow and they said they didn't have any. The bed was pretty comfortable and there wasn't much noise. I would return here if we go back.

The reviews lead me to believe this place was quite nice and clean. I did not feel like that was the case. The lobby was very disheveled and the sheets were ok but did not look professionally washed and white and crisp. The bathroom was clean. The shower was nice. There is a pet policy of $75 which was not clear to me. You have to go into the fine print to read and I feel that is very misleading. It should be right on the front page there will be extra fees.

This is a beautiful hotel and has great amenities including a pool table and board games! The bed was comfortable though the pillows could be plusher. Now for the bad, the front desk staff seemed to hate their jobs. I’ve always heard of southern hospitality and this ain’t it. The staff was curt in their responses, unfriendly, no smiles, and we called the front desk twice to request an extra towel- they give you two towels in a double queen room where there were three of us. We never got the towel and had to use each other’s wet towels to dry off after showering. I’m disappointed in the lack of great service. We travel quite a bit and this was a bittersweet stay.

Very Nice Hotel
Loved the hotel, location was convenient, and staff were friendly. Since we were driving into town, they allowed late check-in with no issues. The food options could be improved and the pancake maker was not reliable (automated is not always best). More fruit would've been appreciated. We requested a room clean and towel re-stock that was missed, but they were ontop of things the next day. One elevator was out of service, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.
