I thought this hotel was clean, trendy and had very attentive staff. I booked multiple rooms and they called prior to my stay to ask if I wanted the rooms to be on the same floor. I really appreciated that. My family and I enjoyed our stay and if ever in the area again we would definitely stay here!

Only problem was they sent us to the room and the maid hadn’t been there and she was nowhere to be found. Once she was found, the girl did a phenomenal job handling the situation !!!! She was able to let the maid know what she did wrong in a very professional way - even though she had to use an app to communicate ( which I think they should hire people who SPEAK ENGLISH) !!!!

The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. All were cheerful and responsive. The facility needs to be remodeled. Room lighting is unacceptable. Can't find on/off switches for several of the lights and must simply unplug or plug them in at the receptacles. My room was spartan.

staff was super nice and helpful! lobby was super clean and bright. this was our first time staying at this part of the hilton chain, and we loved it. upstairs neighbors were a little noisy but that was fine. everything was super clean and the room was a perfect size for 2! location of hotel is also convenient to restaurants/quick food. we would definitely stay at this location again.
