Wonderful hotel and great staff. Pool table was great addition. Stayed close to christmas and they had a cute gift wrap station set up. Lots of little touches that made it amazing!

Had a lovely experience at this property. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were good, loved having complimentary breakfast, and the selection was good. The only complaints was a very loud air conditioning unit in a small space meant disrupted sleep. Even when turned off it made quite a bit of noise.

The staff at the front desk were very freindly. The room was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The 24/7 coffee and tea were nice touch didnt have to wait for breakfast when we were ready for coffee!

The only problem I had with my stay is….. The cleaning staff only works every other day, they did not leave enough towel, hand towels and wash clothes to cover the days they do not clean. We had to wait for front desk staff to bring them.

I always enjoy the stay here
This was the first time staying there that I had a street side room . There was a bit of road noise . The room was very warm & I had to turn the air conditioner on but it was still a but warm. I was in the shower the first day at 9:00 when they came to make up the room. I left for the day at 10:15 and they never came back to make the beds or pick up the towels .The hospitality staff is wonderful . Especially Creston at the front desk. He is so helpful and so informative with anything you want to know about the area , he really goes the extra mile.
