My bedding was damp I was moved to another room with same issues I had an early morning flight and couldn’t afford to continue dealing with that issue this was my worst experience ever !

When we arrived, there was a note on the front desk stating please call for assistance. I called the number, was told, “I’m upstairs, I’ll be there in a minute.” It was thirteen minutes before the lady came to the desk. She was very sweet and professional. Once she got to the desk, check-in was an easy process. When we got to our room on the fourth floor, there was a baby cockroach crawling on the blind. My husband killed it. The bathroom was clean-ish, but not clean by any means. There were hairs on the tub and on the underside of the top of the toilet seat. There was a slimy substance behind the bathroom door on the floor. On a positive note, the bed was clean and comfortable and the AC worked well.

This was BAD. The lady at the counter was extremely nice. We walked in and it immediately smelt horrible. There was a cat food container on the counter. I paid and we went to look at our room. The room was really bad. The bed is on a box spring that is halfway touching the floor and halfway not. Everywhere smelt horrible. I can’t even explain the smells. We immediately went and asked for a refund and the lady did seem a bit annoyed but we were able to get a refund. As we were leaving, there was a lady who was knocking on windows offering services then entering a window on the first floor so do with that what you will.

Our room was in very poor condition. We found a dead bug and visible dirt on the sheets, and despite requesting fresh bedding, it was never provided. The bathroom had numerous bugs, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the space. The floors were grimy and appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the surrounding area felt unsafe. Even with the lower price point, I would not recommend staying here.
