The guy at the front desk was excellent and the courtyard was inviting.. honestly the room could have been nicer but the sheets and towels were fresh and the room was clean. All in all a very good stay

We were very pleased with our stay. Loved having a kitchen with a full fridge. We were able to walk over to Walmart and Walmart was just across the road. There were lots of restaurants in the area. Only thing I have to comment was the hooks in the bathroom for towels. There was only and you could tell there had been three but two of them were broke off.

The room has been mostly rennovated. However the bathroom toilet paperh9lder was missing most pieces so TP needed to sut on sink. The ceiling fan/light was not securely attached ti ceiling. When turned on it rocked so uneven that it could decapitate you. The closet door had no handle on it, only the hole through the door. The couch&chair were so stained wouldnt sit on them. Microwave didn't work. The mattress was excellent and courtyard very nice.

Great No Frills Stay at Affordable Suites!

This no frills hotel was perfect for our stay. While the room was dated, it was clean and did the trick! The room was super spacious with a separate bedroom and kitchen/living area. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of amenities for our use. The kitchen had what we needed to eat leftovers which was perfect. You could cook here easily too! My only complaint would be the need for black out curtains--the blinds in the room let in a lot of light in the mornings and made it hard to sleep after some pretty late nights out at the activities we had planned in town. The location was super convenient right off I-77 and nearby everything in Mooresville/Lake Normal area. We would definitely stay here again and likely will do so next time we are in town.

Immediately walking in the office it smells like dog urine....the pictures on line this place looks amazing...driving up to the property it looks actually pretty nice..... reluctant about the smell we got our key for the room....open the door and your hit in the face with wet ashtray smell mixed with dog urine....the walls are beat to pieces and in desperate need of paint....I doubt the sheets ever get cleaned or changed .....bugs in the pull out bed....has 2 TVs but but they won't hook up to their wi-fi so hopefully you have a hot spot......I walked out immediately to turn in my keys but office was closed .....went down the road and got another hotel and turned the keys the next day.....it's also used as basically a homeless "displacement" shelter and long term construction workers so they kinda lets you know why it's looks the way it does .

The property is older but in good condition. The property resident manager was so nice and made the check in/out a great experience. The location is wonderful. Peaceful and safe.

Best bang for your buck!

Located just outside the hustle and bustle of Mooresville. Its basically a one bedroom apartment with a center common area outside to barbecue or just sit and visit. You really couldnt adk for more, especially at that price. If you are planning to cook and eat in the room you would want to grab some cheap plates, etc. from the dollar store.

Best Bang for the Buck!

Loved it and would definitely stay here again. It was a lovely place with good space and design. The hotel is close to so much shopping and restaurants.
