The hotel itself is lovely. Very nice amenities, bar, restaurant and pool. However , we were disappointed in our room. It was difficult to find places to store items and clothes. There was only a small place to hang clothes and little counter spaces other than the sink vanity. It was really one big room with a partial wall dividing the bed from the shower and sink. The only door was for the toilet. There was an iron and no ironing board . We were there for a wedding and needed to iron a few items that wrinkled in our garment bag. Also, there were limited places to charge devices.

I loved the Dog adoption idea. The gal who checked us in was getting a mop and when she arrives at the desk she cleaned up before helping us check in. Many of the outlets did not work in the room. We bought ice cream cones and they were melted and when we returned to get refund the one that was not opened he asked us to put it back in Fridge. So the next guest can be disappointed. Come on!!! my coffee was not restocked the 2nd day.

Love this aloft, great bar!

Hotel is in a perfect location where it’s not busy, but easy on and off highway. The bar here is awesome with great bourbon selections and rooms are always clean.

Amazing staff!

My aunt and I stayed a few days for a funeral. The trip was already hard on us, but Shenetra and David made us feel right at home. They were absolutely amazing and helped us immensely. Because of them we will definitely be staying here again if we come to town. Thank you both again!!

The front desk was very nice but the hotel was dirty. The shower was covered in hair and dirt, the floors were sticky & had human and dog hair all over them, toothpaste was on the walls & the toiletries were empty. I offered to clean it myself if someone e would bring up supplies but a housekeeper came with a vacuum that was barely picking anything up & reeked like dog. We ended up going to the store to get our own cleaning supplies to take care of it.
