The guy at the front desk (sadly I did not get his name) was super friendly, professional, helpful, kind and courteous. Made me feel like family and I felt quite at home. Lovely stay at this hotel.

Room was clean & comfortable. A/C cold, shower hot my only concern would be the pillows…. One bed had a regular pillow and two very small pillows. The other bed only had three very small pillows. We had to ask the front desk for more, which they gave no problem…. Just seemed odd

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOLE!
It SUCKED! If you're looking for a good night's rest you're after after a long drive, this is NOT the hotel you should pick! We were on our way from Miami, headed back home to Toronto and made the mistake of booking this hotel. Everything that can go wrong with a hotel DID go wrong with this one. Ironing board was there not the iron was missing. One of the 2 queen beds had a sicken 10x10" are in it. Sitting on the bed, I could hear the springs. The bathroom had zero toiletries and I went back down to the front desk to pick up Tony bottles of shampoo, conditioner and a small face bar to shower with. Ice maker, coffee machine, vending machine in the lobby, all had signs of "not working, sorry for the inconvenience". The orange juice dispenser option on the juice machine dispensed water. The only thing the breakfast had going for it was the bread and bagels. Book this hotel if you want to spoil the rest of your trip.

Lit totalement défoncés j'ai réservé une chambre deux lit queen pour me fait dire a l'arrivée quil ne restait plus que des chambre lit king avec sofa lit, meme pas de couverture et tete oreiller pour le saufa lit, le préposés a l'accueille pour le check inn a parler tout au long de la procedure sur son t telephone cellulaire personnel. Pour le check out meme chose le préposé etait sur son telephone cellulaire personnel tout le long de la procedure meme que pendant la demi heure que nous avons dejeuner il a été en conversation sur sont telephone personnel tout le long quand nous avons quitter il etait encore sur son telephone en grande conversation telephonique, je crois qu'il serait de mise de remplacer vos préposé par des bornes electronique self service.quand ma conjoint est aller dire au préposés qu'il n'avait pas de couverture dans la chambres il a remis converture et oreillers sans meme offert d'envoyer quelqu'un pour les monter a la chambre. Je ne conçoit pas que quelqu'un qui est au service a.la clientèle agissent de cette facon, la ou je travail il est interdit pendant les heures de travail que nous soyons sur notre cellulaire, pandant les poses ou sur l'heure du dinner on peut utilisé notre cellulaire mais pas plus et je ne suis meme pas dans un emploie au service a la clientèle.

Took an extended period of time just to check in. They raised the price that was agreed upon on the website. Told the front desk I do not want to stay her and not charge me. They agreed and yet still charged me. Would not refund my charge. Horrible experience.
