Lovely stay. Clean, large room. Quiet. Fantastic breakfast included. Charlotte itself is a beautiful city. My only criticism was the pool was not usable. Looked as though some work was going on (although we saw nobody doing anything) so was covered and filthy. Don’t remember seeing anything saying it wasn’t usable or closed this time of year.

I was happy with the service, breakfast, general cleanliness at the hotel. I was very disapointed with the upkeep however. The elevator was out, when we got into the room we found that the bathroom door was too small for the frame so the door would not stay closed. The fan also didnt work in the bathroom. The price was good though.

No towels, sheets, or wash cloth’s for my two day stay. Had to go buy my own. Nothing was done. Entire place smelled like cigarette smoke and they were smoking inside the rooms.

Carpet was stained and dirty. I walked on the floor with shoes on. Bathroom had stains. Room smelled a little. I only booked this hotel because it had an EV charger, room pictures looked nice, and the room price. I couldn’t charge my electric car because the staff lost the card that is used to activate the EV charger. The man said he would speak to his manager and get back with me. Nobody ever did.

I’ve been here for a few days and I love the area, the people of the hotel are really nice. Manager and employees are awesome they took care of my needs. I would love to work there the moment I first visited and walked thru the doors of how beautiful the place looks, it’s clean, I feel great living here rather going somewhere else . Over all everything was great. Very happy

Check in was super easy, when we needed linens for the sofa bed they were immediately brought to us, we also had a problem with one key not working and it was immediately resolved. The continental breakfast was also super good! Would stay again.
