We love staying here. Newly remodeled updates are awesome. Only downside is the entrance access..that median doesn't allow two vehicles to enter/exit at the same time.

It was under construction which is fine and they sent a message ahead of time. I got an older room and the smell was bad like wet towel or mold. We didn’t complain because we just finished driving for 16 hours and we just wanted to shower and sleep. Left early the next morning

We booked a king size suite and was given a queen … when we asked about it they said it was a king size room in the computer and would not switch us . Also was told pool was open till 9 … went down at 7:30 could not get in but after looking through window , glad we could not … pool water was brown . There was very little space to walk your dog . Will not go back to any of their locations.

We have visited Mooresville several times. We have stayed at other hotels and we’re not happy. Candlewood is a great property with newly remodeled rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is construction on certain floors, the remainder of the hotel is clean and easily accessible. We’ve had an excellent days and plan to stay many more times.

The property was clean and quiet. They are going through a remodel, but there was no noise that I could hear. It’s going to look fantastic when they are done. The front desk staff was so friendly and even had treats for my dog.

There is construction @the hotel. They sent an email notification after the reservation was made. The hotel does not offer breakfast. The microwave in the room did not work. There are no restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a disappointing stay.
