Front desk agent needs some customer service training. He wasn’t overly friendly or welcoming at all. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Convenient location close to restaurants and shopping.

The scent that is being put out in the public spaces is too strong, not even nice and gave me a head ache. I was put in a disabled room (which was not requested). Parking is inconvenient, down the hill/street and into a parking garage...which you get charged $10+tax a night. No bellman to assist with luggage makes it worse.
