Great downtown location
Comfortable stay, in for the ACC Championship game. Easy access to all the weekend events and the hotel welcomed all the fans. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff working the front nest were so nice and helpful, and the crew bartending were courteous and attentive. If you want to try something crazy, check out the 1 lb doughnut. We ordered this and champagne to celebrate our team's win! Very nice stay!

Uptown center city Marriott
Checking was confusing because of parking. Valet says there’s only valet parking but front desk says no parking. We finally figured it out. Room had zero view of uptown Charlotte which was disappointing because it was my wife’s B day. Shower head had zero pressure. We literally had to stand against the wall to have water hit us. Finally I found a long black hair inside of the bath towel when I unfolded it. I know it can happen but this was enough to rate my stay 2 stars

Beautiful downtown area
I will most definitely stay at this hotel again. The restaurant breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is within walking distance of everything in the downtown area.
