The room was very clean and spacious. We had a great view of the Charlotte skyline. Walking distance to the Bank of America Stadium and convenient parking. This is the only hotel where we order room service. The food is always delicious and arrives at our door quickly with everything that we need. Any time we go to a Panther's game, we also choose to stay at the Marriott. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was super friendly. We were greeted coming and going. The guy who checked us in was SUPER! The room does need some maintenance, but most of the time, we were in and out. We will definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Internet worked well. Very convenient position for city center. Didn’t use the restaurant but it looked fine. Used the concierge lounge. Could have been better. The cooked breakfast food was luke warm. There wasn’t any orange juice. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming there either, unlike the front desk staff who were extremely pleasant. Room service was just ok. The bed wasn’t made very well, the conditioner container in the bathroom was empty and wasn’t filled during our stay. We left a clear note asking if they would leave us tea bags as we’re tea drinkers. They didn’t leave any. We used the travel size lotion and it wasn’t replaced. The parking seemed expensive for self parking but probably compares to city parking. Overall the hotel is ok. Best feature is the location.
