I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It's supposed to me non-smoking, but the smell was evident throughout. The staff person was curt and apparently there is a $35 charge to check in early.
There were roaches in my room. I'll be more careful about booking cheaper hotels after this.
The lobby is check in for Ramada AND Clarion!
No idea which of the 2 lines is for which hotel.
Check in isn’t until 3 pm EXACTLY so the lines were long and confusion high as to which line went to which hotel..
Staff was very good and curious with all of us confused guests..
Rooms very dated, refrigerator didn’t work, ice only in the lobby floor. Beds and pillows weren’t bad.
I didn’t really like this property at all, I’m usually not very picky with hotels, but the front staff was not friendly, we had outlets in our room that were loose and not working so the light kept going on and off. They brought maintenance up to fix it. It fixed it for maybe 20 minutes and then the lights went off again. The room key didn’t work the second day and the front desk didn’t give me a parking pass for both of my nights stay so that was a potential to be towed Yet I didn’t know until I left. The hotel needs some major renovations and the parking was not good, shared parking lots with 3 hotels and it was dark and not lit anywhere near where we had to park our car so felt unsafe.
Upon arrival we were told check in was at 3 on the dot. There were at least 20 people waiting in the lobby to check in when they finally started. I was charged a security deposit twice. The outlets in the room were broken and the one on the lamp did not work. There was black mold along the wall of the bathtub.
Bugs in the room, one of the towels was dirty, the employees were less than enthusiastic and the surrounding area was a gentleman’s club and homeless population. Awful.
Staff at Check in were did their jobs accordingly, but without much interaction with us as customers.. Arrived to our room and immediately encountered small bugs in the outlets and in and around the coffee maker and the telephone. The room wasn’t necessarily dirty or unkept just the experience with what turned out to be roach hatchlings and then more mature roaches made the entire experience uncomfortable and unfortunately we will not be using this hotel again for future visits to this destination. We had to put our bags and shoes and other belongings on the racks above the coat hangers. Did not go report to the desk because it was very late when we arrived back to the hotel after our concert and were leaving the next morning early and well I’m sure they would only offer us another room which surely would have been in the same condition…

The hotel is located in Charlotte NC, i could not check in because they do not let residents of the city check in
Habitacion sucia, habia cucarachas. Lo notificamos, nos cambiaron a otra habitacion pero tenía aun mas cucarachas que en la primera. Se hizo cambio de personal en recepcion y la nueva chica nos ubico en habitaciones un poco más limpias.

Overbooked and gave MY reservation away
Hard to rate a stay when you’re turned away and told they have your reservation to someone else
Front Desk host was rude and was on sort of power trip. Dangled another room then told me she didn’t like my attitude and refused to give us a room! I will never book a room with hotel or any hotel affiliated company
Our room was extremely noisy (outside noides). The one staff member was trying to check in people for 2 hotel and it was almost midnight
It was a long wait. The water in the bathroom never got hot - ju s t lukewarm. We paid a lot for the condition of the room
