They were remodeling which wasn't mentioned. Every floor was having work done. Smoke smelling. Room didn't have a rod for hanging clothes up. Breakfast was serve around all the remodeling supplies/work. Pool was closed even though it said it was open until October 6th. Best thing about room was price, safe area and staff was friendly.

Unknown at time of booking and stay, property under construction. Drywall dust and shards everywhere in the common areas. Construction supplies stored in the common eating area. Cigarette fumes in the hallways from the workers. No TV service in first room, second room did not have working lights. Hair from prior guest on shower wall: EEWW!. No housekeeping: informed at checkout that had to be specially requested. No cups in room. Stayed only because of low cost and convenient location. Never again. Credit to the friendly staff.

Hotel was under renovation,wish I had been told.

Hotel was under renovation! Our door locked but we did not have safety lock, it was missing. Our heater did not work. Jose was immediately notified and he came quickly. Dominque at front desk was kind and helpful. We hope if we ever book there again renovation will be done!!!

This hotel is under a long renovation. We stayed there in September of 2024, and renovations were happening then. We certainly thought it would be finished by now, but the hotel has fallen below the level we prefer. Our room looked partially renovated. We couldn't control our room temperature, our sink was cracked, the carpet was "finished" with painter's tape beneath the entrance door to our room. Wallpaper was peeling badly above our entrance door in the hallway. Building materials continue to be piled in the breakfast area (also in September). The lobby had some improvements, but the elevator was very dirty.

The property was undergoing a remodel at the time of my visit. Not just part or a floor at a time, the entire building. We had two rooms and neither was completed. We even changed a room and still the same. I am a building contractor and I understand dust and delays but the rest of my party was very unsatisfied. When doing a remodel and still charging full price for rooms they need to be finished and clean. The smoke detector in the room wasn't even installed yet and there was no fire escape plan posted in the rooms. Where I come from that is a major violation. I kept my mouth shut so as not to create anymore issues with our stay. In the end we stayed for all 4 nights and didn't bother looking for another motel. Maybe next year when we visit they will be completed and it will be one of the nicer motels in the area.

Wish they had added a notice the hotel is undergoing extensive construction. The front entrance patio is wrapped in caution tape, many of the floor areas are covered with paint/debris. The staff was trying, but it literally was staying inside a full blown construction zone, with dust everywhere and materials stacked on the floor basically everywhere including hallways. Probably is a great hotel, but shouldn't even be open in this current condition

Condition of hotel was atrocious. It was under construction and no one disclosed that when we booked. The room was not clean, and the beds were not well made. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. They were understanding. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The place was under construction but they should not be letting guests stay in unfinished rooms. There were wires hanging out, moldings missing, etc but the worst part was how filthy it was. And the privacy lock was missing.

Even though they were renovating the hotel was super clean, smelled wonderful and still provided all of their amenities. The staff was very friendly and they took safety very seriously. Upon checking in the desk clerk didn’t announce my room number aloud: and they had a sign that all deliveries are to be left at the front with prevents strangers from having direct access to your room. Also when he handed my id and card back my address was on the bottom so as not to be seen. I don’t know if that was intentional or not but as a woman who typically travels and stays alone I was so grateful and I felt so safe there. This will be my new preferred hotel stay!
