My only problem we had was not enough towels in the bathroom, i asked the manager for towels and recieved them. I found the night manager/ house keeping guy at night was the bomb. He would have towels and wash clothes layed out for us every night, so we could shower after being at the dirt race track at Charlotte NC.

In our room it looked like some repairs had been done but were done poorly. There was an electrical outlet laying on a counter. Paint touch ups poorly done.
