Not the greatest not the worst

I did not realize we would have to pay for parking in their own parking lot! The curtains in the rooms had holes in it , looked like they might have revamped it but the corners in the bathroom were deteriorated and the shower was a bit dingy. They gave you small square pillows on the bed that I did not enjoy. It was ok over all, only pro was that it was close to the airport

Our first room had a broken outlet and the lights didnt work in the bathroom, stains on everything. Moved rooms, everything in it also had stains (curtains, furniture, walls). If you are remotely picky about hotels, this is not for you.

Our room was not in great condition, and for a non-smoking hotel our room smelled a lot like old cigarette smoke. The hallways were tidy but not clean, and the room itself was in disrepair. The shower was dirty, and had paint pealing from the ceiling. The breakfast was good, gave a lot more options than expected. The staff during our check-in was not great, got us checked in but was very short with us and not helpful. The morning staff at check-out was friendly and very helpful. Has an airport shuttle that runs from 6am to midnight.

The shuttle service came in perfect clutch and was on right on time with the drop off and pick up to and from airport, the driver was kind and funny, along with being able to use their lot for parking the beds were extremely comfy didn’t get to taste the breakfast but it’s nice they offered.

Noisy people arguing in the hallways and slamming doors well after midnight. Noisy people in the parking lot after midnight too. I don’t think the hotel is at fault for that. Make sure you don’t stay on the street side. We were street side and the vehicle noise kept us awake most of the night. The suite itself was very nice and the staff was nice.

The shuttle service and front desk worker did good, but whoever manages this property does nothing to maintain it. Stained carpets, stained shades from people smoking out of the windows, and the toilet was constantly running water. If i could i would ask for a refund because nothing about my stay was comfortable.
