Only has limited shuttle service. Not available if coming in late and/or not leaving early. So…taxi or Uber will be required…adding to cost. Property is a little banged up but comfortable for the most part. Would probably look for a different property if flying to/from or through Charlotte again.

The hotel was quiet and convenient to the airport. It was a little dated, but the details of the room gave it a modern feel. My only two gripes: they don't tell you that you have to pay $9 a day for parking an be I literally was only there for 5 hours. Not sure why that is bc there was no guard insight patrolling the area. I'm not sure why the facility was charging to pay for parking when there is literally no one overseeing the vehicles. It's literally an open lot. Haha. Anyway! I asked for a 4AM wakeup call and they didn't do it! Besides that, the shower and bed were amazing!!! What else could I ask for ... I felt safe!

Pay for parking??? seriously?
We were completely SHOCKED to find out that we were going to be charged for parking!! $9.50 for one night! We would have never stayed here if we had known that this was a policy (we were NOT told ahead of time) On top of that, we were forced to pay by QR code (what about those that do not have a smart phone) AND I couldn't even buy a snack with cash. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Too bad, as the room was fine.

This hotel is very convenient to several restaurants. Very close to the airport with airport shuttle Lobby and rooms were very clean. Bathroom was great! Will definitely stay again.

they charge for parking and asked for a shuttle to airport and girl at desk said driver was outside couldn't find driver it was end of her shift so she left right behind us and her replacement was late so we spent 20 minutes waiting and looking for driver then i was tild we needed to be on a shuttle list
