Bar Crawling
I chose this location because it was close to the location I was going to be attending a local halloween bar crawl event. It worked out well. I didn't know there was a cost to use the facility's parking lot, as did not quite a few other guests who were checking in around the same time. Overall it waz a good stay.

Check your shuttle times
Nice hotel that offers shuttles to the airport and you have to pay for parking. Flight landed back in Charlotte at 2 and I called hotel apparently shuttle dosent run from 12-4 so I had to get an uber which cost $30. I didn't save any money by parking there.

Scam! Unprofessional! Terrible!
I did not stay. I got an email that stated that there was an issue with my payment and that my reservation would not be good unless I contacted the hotel within 24 hours of the email. One, it was more than 24 hours before I read the email and when I did read it and tried to call, no one picked up. It rang and rang. I assumed and hoped that was the end of it and we made other arrangements. Then I received a text at 11:15 pm from my bank saying there were charges on my account so I reported them as fraud. My card was charged six times from 10/24 -10/26 six times from $1 - over $300. All charges were different. I find it interesting that you said my room was canceled due to an issue with my payment, yet you used my payment to try and charge me six times. Thank GOD my bank is amazing and on top of things. Now I have to deal with getting a new card, number and setting up my accounts again.

The price was reasonable, the staff worked with me to straighten out a snafu that was entirely my own fault. However, the accommodations were fairly ratty, with holes in the curtains and damage to the lamp shades: not a huge issue but not a good look.
