Everything went smoothly during our stay at comfort suites. I couldn't be happier with the way it went, cleanliness and service. I do wish there had been a hot tub and not just a pool, but it's all good. Especially appreciated the Sunday morning continental breakfast.

We liked the way the room was arranged. There was a lot of space. Bed was comfortable. Ryan, the guy who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Morning staff preparing breakfast was very kind. Also, across the street is a really tasty Italian restaurant called "Rockys". Food was tasty and the price was too.

What I disliked is the remotes for the TVs did not work well; the volume buttons wouldn't work, and there's no ice machines on the 1st floor. Also, the television programming was very limited. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The property is an older property. Our shower backed up each time we showered, the television did not operate correctly. Was clean and convenient. If you are only staying a night or two its just fine. Anything longer I would suggest somewhere else. Did notice. upon comings and goings that there was never anyone at the front desk. People just came and went unchecked. .

We picked this property partially because it offered an indoor pool. We put on our swim trunks and found the pool had been closed since August 2024 by order of the health department. It's been 2 months why is this cool not fixed. Why is it's not listed as out of order on the website?

I had a shower that wouldn’t drain. I told him one by the first night I was there. They were supposed to do something with it second night same thing third night same thing fourth night same thing it’s pretty gross when you got a stand in ankle deep water to take a shower.

The first room we were in does not have tub grips, so upon entering the shower I slipped and fell flat on my back. The second room the shower head did not work at all. The third room was at least a working shower but I did lay a towel down in the tub so me or my elderly mother did not fall again. I will not be staying here again.

Staff was very friendly & ver helpful. We had problem with room keys not working several times each day of our 5 night stay! It was ridiculous! We had to go down to the front desk every single time for new keys, which also did not work, Their nighttime front desk gentleman was extremely helpful & several times had to come to open our door! He was particularly excellent. The free breakfast was pitiful…. Powdered egg patties & horrible gray/ looking sausage patties were the only hot food available & we wouldn’t’t even dare to eat them ! Juice machine was broken & so this was not available! !We settled for a bowl of cereal & yogurt….. does not compare to any other hotel chains’ free breakfast - the hostess there was especially nice, but she was not responsible for what was offered….will not book here again & we come to Huntersville several times a year - sorry !!!

The breakfast was very basic. The juice machine had HOT juice, and the staff told me to just add ice to the drink. YUCK! There was a weird smell of a floor cleaner or disinfectant in the lobby and even outside in the courtyard. It was pretty unpleasant. One of the lights in the bathroom kept flickering. The toilet kept running and we had to keep "jiggling" the handle to get it to stop. (we were only there two nights, otherwise I would have requested another room, or perhaps left and stayed at another hotel)

The front desk staff was exceptional. I was there for a week. The hair dryer never worked. There was a hugh tear in the sheer curtains. There was a rip in the comforter. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean.
