The stay was not good at all. The rooms need to be renovated. We had insects in our room, the bathroom was horrible. My fiancé couldn’t even take a shower because of the molded caulk around the tub and the overall condition of the bathroom and shower. We will never stay here again. Yes, the beds were comfortable but the pictures don’t show the actual condition of the room. I should have taken pictures but ju

Bad plumbing

The toilet overflowed as soon as we got to our room. Then the Maintenance man had no tools and just tracked water all over our floor. Finally got a new room and the toilet was messed up in it too. We managed to fix it ourselves. Dirty rags were in this room. Very disappointed of this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice and up to date. One MAJOR issue for me is having people directly outside the main entrance smoking cigarettes and marijuana. It made me very uncomfortable. Mgt really needs to take care of that.

The continental breakfast was great, and Charlotte the breakfast attendant was awesome as well! The bathroom in our room could’ve used a little more cleaning and the hallway smelled strong of smoke, but otherwise was a great stay

Pretty average, wouldn’t stay here again

Front desk workers were not attentive. Room phone didn’t work and mentioned this to front desk, issue wasn’t addressed. Breakfast food wasn’t restocked and had moldy bagels. Also if you have a nut allergy be prepared not to eat the waffles, had banana nut waffle mix with original waffle mix and used same machine. Long term residents were loud and unsupervised children running everywhere.

I smell smoke

This hotel smells awful. There is a pervasive stale smoke smell everywhere on the floor we were staying. It smells like tobacco and other recreational smoke. The pillows have an odor every time they are moved. It makes the whole place feel less clean. It also gives a strange vibe at check in when there is a long list of zip codes you may not come from.
