Lot of litter around, room wasn’t very clean, tv wouldn’t cut off because remote needed batteries. Reported it to the desk, they never responded. Had to unplug the TV when we checked out.

Coffee maker did not work and Air Conditioning could not be shut off but was able to turn the temperature up so as not to freeze. Bed was comfortable and everything else worked fine. Overall not bad for the price.

Could be managed better.
There has been an issue with check in the last two time ive stayed at the property. The first time rooms were not ready to check into after 3PM check in time. The second time the systems were malfunctioning and it took almost 45 minutes to get checked into my room. The second visit the hallway smelled like Marijauna, and the room smelled sour. So bad I went to CVS and bought air freshener for the room. I sprayed before I went out for the evening and by the time I got back to the room the sour smell was back. I reached out via text message about the issues but the manager never responded. Could definitely be managed better, its not a terrible property but more care could be put into the way the hotel is presented and run in general. Just my opinion.

First off I came from Florida with my family we landed like 6pm and caught their shuttle bus to the hotel for them to tell me it wasn’t any rooms I booked it 2 weeks prior and also got the extra insurance to secure my room and the front desk clerk had a bad attitude and I asked to contact property management she said she can give me the email I asked her for corporate number she advised me to google it we were standing outside trying to find another place to stay and I finally after a hour we found a place 6 minutes away I asked the shuttle driver could he please drop me and my family off our phones were dead and he said he had to call his manager same manager the lady said had no number and he just got in the truck and pulled off worse experience

Hotel was very basic and quite expensive for the quality. Staff quickly shushed the noisy late night arrivals after a concert. Pool was closed even though it still had water. Microwave was stinky.

Breakfast staff left multiple things empty and messy. Breakfast hostess was on her phone with an AirPod in. Sausage was very overcooked. Only powdered creamer for the coffee. Coffee station was low on everything. Inside the hotel room things looked nice except for the carpets. The hotel lobby couch and outdoor areas were filthy dirty. Airport Van had a very dented side panel that should have been repaired. This facility should be on Corporate’s “naughty list”

Try to avoid…tolerable if no other good choices
This place is on the “other side” of the highway…reasonable price but…ugh…did not feel real clean…kinda oogy…would not stay here again unless desperate…in this case it was a price sensitive late in the discussion booking and we didn’t have many options that were real close to CLT Airport

It was nasty. We asked to see our room before we paid and they said no. I’m not sure they’ve ever vacuumed. There was pubic hair on the toilet. Dirt in the sheets. Residue on all the hard surfaces. The bathroom hadn’t been moped. We did not stay. We hope to get our money back. Very disappointed. It looked great online. Never again. Do not stay here.
