The breakfast was amazing-eggs, sausage, pastries and other options! The hotel room looked like it hadn’t been remodeled in some time, however it was a spacious suite.

Very satisfied visit.

I thought the place was great overall. Breakfast was good, the room was VERY clean, the bed sheets were very clean and white, sheets and pillows soft. There was an "odor" outside in the parking lot but nothing inside, so I don't know what others were talking about. The lady at checkout was extremely pleasant, very personal, and nice; the man at check in was polite and professional. Only one issue - as we got there after sunset, we missed the turn for the road the hotel is on - there was no visible signage and nothing on the main road. Perhaps this is a zoning issue. But we would definitely stay here again, no question.

Overall I was pleased with my stay. Our remote did stop working so we had to get a new one (with no issue just inconvenient) and the door handle to the room was a little loose but the place was clean and quiet.

I thought the property was close to stores and restaurants and had plenty of parking. Also the breakfast was great! However, the rooms need updates. My bathroom didnt even have a hook for the towels and the hot water took a while to kick in. The tv took forever to switch channels. I was also super disappointed the pool was closed for the season since the was a major reason i picked the hotel (indoor pool). The staff was great but i would not stay there next time.

We had issues right at check-in. Our room had a toilet that was not working well. The in-room phone did not work so we had to go to front desk. Then the front desk questioned came up to see and questioned again about the toilet. Finally gave a different room but we had to collect our things and go to front desk, then back to a room that was missing comforters. Called down and had to come down to get the comforters as well. Just not great customer service. It made an impact on our short trip and college visit.

The hotel was clean inside. The breakfast dining area was kept clean. The non-smoking room we stayed in was clean however it had a damp smoking smell to it. We ended up spraying the room with Febreeze. According to the sign inside the lobby the hotel is supposed to be smoke free but from the moment we walked from our car to our room all we could smell was Marijuana smoke. It was strong in the hallway to our room as well. At night folks must have been smoking under the window to the room as it would hit us everytime the ac kicked on.

It's been soo much better

We have stayed here multiple times. It's always been great. Clean and quiet.This time was different. Broken in room coffee pot. Water wouldn't go past lukewarm. There was a guy (I don't think he was staff) outside the front entrance playing loud music about "adult acts", My husband had to throw away two large bugs which, granted, may have been due to the heat. Even with as hot as it was the pool was not open. The staff was polite and the entrance was clean though.

I would not stay here again. Was not very clean and saw a bug that looked like a roach in the bathroom. TV was terrible. I didn't expect much considering the price but was not worth it.
