Clean and comfortable room was well pleased good Bistro indoor pool fire pit outside on the patio nice place big room had a great time stayed there for a Metallica concert the staff gave me the name and number of a cab guy named Omar he was very professional and prompt

The hotel was fantastic. The gal, Kisha, I had spoken to when confirming my rooms and then at check in was awesome. Super sweet, helpful, and professional. If I ever had to stay at this hotel in the future I would since it’s literally next to the airport. I also didn’t hear too much noise from the planes. There are four huge drawbacks to this hotel. 1. You’re like 15/20 minutes from downtown Charlotte. The traffic as we got closer to Panther (Bank Of America) Stadium was horrendous. I’d hire staying here to attend a concert or game-spend the extra and stay closest to the stadium. 2. Breakfast is “available” but you have to pay for it, and it’s overpriced for what it is. 3. The food/dining options around the hotel are ZERO If you want food of ANY KIND, you have to drive closest to downtown or. Eat at or close to the stadium. 4. The area surrounding the hotel isn’t the best area. And the same goes for much of downtown as you head away from the stadium.

The property is ok and the check in by the staff was good BUT expedia doesn’t help. This is not the first time that I show the EXPEDIA booking # and the merchant says that this number is not sent to them or is not used as a reference. In addition, the change in the reservation that I made through EXPEDIA app in the hotel end was figuring as a CANCELLATION. So grade A to the hotel check in and grade D to the EXPEDIA reservation process.

Really disappointed.

Terrible experience, I separated 2 rooms 219 and 221, one for me and the other for my children. We left the suitcases inside both rooms and then when we returned, the 219 did not open the door, I started to claim at 9pm and it was solved at 2am. The family could not sleep waiting for the technician who was out of the state as we were told and our departure time from the hotel was at 4:30am to be able to take the return flight. Regrettable experience and human treatment. They charged the room that I could never use with the excuse that I made my reservation through hotels.com. really disappointed.
