From check in to check out it was great. The room was AWESOME. Very spacious. I didn’t like that on-top of paying for the hotel room it was an additional $30 for parking in the parking garage attached the hotel. However parking in the parking deck was secure and attached to the hotel so no complaints except the additional cost. I liked that the doors locked at a certain time and only were accessible with a key card.

This was a great location for what I needed. I was able to walk to many restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was excellent and let me check in early. They were very helpful with all my questions. Everything was great, the only complaint i have is the shower was either scalding or very cold, no in between. Attempted microadjustments of the temperature handle but it wouod immediately switch hot and cold with a tiny movement of the handle. Otherwise everything was great.

Overall the stay was very good. You are charged an extra 100$ for parking which was a surprise when checking in. The fire alarm did go off and the whole building had to evacuate for someone accidentally… pulling the fire alarm in the parking garage beside us. There was a big concern for there not being accessible ways for handicap people to get down and it was heartbreaking. The staff did not handle that part appropriately.

You should include parking in hotel prices because $30 per day is a little excessive. Most of my power outlets did not work and when i showered water would spray all the way to the toilet and when I mentioned it to the front desk staff, I was told that it happens and I was the only one to complain. Location was convenient but the actual Marriot was only a block away and is much preferred to this location for the quality of rooms and service.

Beds are terrible! My back aches! many complaints!
The beds were horrendous. Got back late from a night out and sunk into a worn out mattress that sloped to the center. I slept on better in summer camp. I complained in the morning and was told they know and get a lot of complaints. Geez, no advance warning? I asked if they were full last night as was told no. But then why…?? There are new beds due in May… it’s hard to believe it takes Marriott 6 months to improve beds “they often get complaints about”…what’s more important than the bed at a hotel???

Everything was good except my tv in my room did not work, I called 3 times to get it fixed and the last result was switching rooms but I had already unpacked everything and didn’t feel like packing everything back up. So no television was available and that was a HUGE issue for me.

We were very disappointed in our stay at the hotel. The hotel was under construction, although the noise we heard all night was from cars drag racing on the street. During the night a light fell from the ceiling in our room. Also, our refrigerator did not work.
