We were very disappointed with this room. The bed was old and too soft, the toilet was so old it looked like a baby toilet, it was too low with no grab bars to get out of the seat, the ice machine didn’t work, the sink was clogged, the rugs were old…The people and service was the only good thing about this place. I don’t know if some of the rooms have been updated but on floor 4 everythjng was old!

This could be a nice hotel but it is outdated and worn down. The carpets are stained and threadbare. Our toilet was broken. The shower curtain was too short. The bathroom door was difficult to operate and it was dirty. The remote control for the TV was sticky and dirty.

Some of the staff are not friendly in my room the sofa chair and carpet was dirty also the bathroom shower head water keeps dripping. And from the time I checked in and out there was no Internet service.

My wife and i stayed there because of the pool and outside area. When we arrived the pool area was closed due to construction. Very outdated hotel. Our down time we thought we could swim and be outside, but instead we were in our room.
